At Geriatric Medicine SA our goal is work with you and your family & carers to achieve the best possible outcomes for your health and wellbeing. We are Physicians specialising in all aspect of care for older patients including care around the time of surgery and rehabilitation.
If you are undergoing surgery we will work closely with your surgeon to provide care during your hospital stay. We will also assist in planning for your care once you leave the hospital. If you require a rehabilitation admission we can continue with your medical care once you have been transferred to rehabilitation ward.
As geriatricians we specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of memory issues and would be happy to discuss this with you and your family or carers during your hospital stay or during clinic appointments.
